Jack to prevent them from ever dropping the real-time priority on threads. =

we'd have to make it optional because we actually want that behavior if the
user has real-time permissions. Also there may be side effects.

I'd rather not do this now, since there's a workaround (disable real-time in
Jack), and a better solution (mac_priority) around the corner.
Is that ok for you?

Thank you for committing the audio/jack update, BTW. Could you also commit
audio/jack-example-tools bug #263342 on occasion (I mixed up the links last
time)? That would be great.
