 This happens when root tries to 'ssh <host> <command>' even though I
have'PermitRootLogin forced-commands-only' in sshd_config. The client
console gets 'Connection to <host> closed by remote host.'

 If I set 'PermitRootLogin yes' I get no errors.

 Any suggestions?
