I haven't looked at them at all, but I thought I'd just comment on their
names as you listed them above.

addgroup / adduser    - seems logical
rmgroup  / removeuser - not so logical

Why not rmuser or removegroup ?  I think it would be nice with consistant
naming, maybe?
