Apologies to everyone....

There was a power outage here last friday that outlasted
the UPS.  It seems the file system is a little confused and
some ports that are supposed to be there, aren't.  Fsck on
the partition came up empty.  I had updated the ports tree
the day after the power problem.  It took another reboot and
a reinstall of a number (but not all) of the dependencies for
SA before the port worked.

Sorry for the confusion.
