The ft (floppy tape) driver was retired in 3.0-RELEASE. The manualpages for
dump(8)/rdump(8), restore(8)/rrestore(8) and tar(1) still contain
references to the ft manpage. These references should be remove to avoid
confusion. Patches to that effect are included.
