In system BIOS I set SATA and PATA controller - Disable {it is controllers on motherboard 5000PAL} Mass storage controllers menu SAS controller - Enable {it is controller on backplane} SAS configure as SW RAID - Enable RAID was build in controller's BIOS (CTRL+E during boot). But in FreeBSD I have separated devices, no raid, and no way to build it in FreeBSD Releng_6 DMESG: Copyright (c) 1992-2006 The FreeBSD Project. Trying to mount root from ufs:/dev/da0s1a em0: link state changed to UP ===== Not mfi, not iir helped. Which driver must be used? Or FreeBSD just not supported LSISAS1054E with integrated RAID ? (http://www.lsi.com/storage_home/products_home/standard_product_ics/sas_ics/lsisas1064e/index.html) Also what about mpt0: mpt_cam_event: 0x16 mpt0: Unhandled Event Notify Frame.
