HI,

Theres a product  **Networki in a Box**--I think.  It includes a five port
hub 2 *PCI* networking card and spare cabels for $99.  For the laptop
you would need to purchase a pcmcia lan card for about $50 -$75.  It'll be
pretty easy,  the hardest part will be getting the machines to recognize
the cards.  also you *might* have problems with using the modem after you
install the nics.
