    Try rebuilding your kernel without the DIAGNOSTIC option. It looks like
 this is yet another check in the DIAGNOSTIC case that might be bogus or
 overly pessimistic. DIAGNOSTIC doesn't get a lot of use and the assumptions
 made in some of the checks are sometimes no longer valid.
