Everybody makes mistake. According to my experience, non-asian user does not understand "encoding systems" easily. That is not so big fault if that is corrected immediately. The problem is Bill's ridiculous posting. Does he understand the problem is serious? Some industrious man developed a program. Unfortunately, there was a serious bug on it and a user pointed out. Is this a negative energy??? Maybe Bill is sleeping right now. At least, I hope so.
