DocBook only supports Sect[1-5].  There's a Section element, which you
can use as

   <section renderas="xxx">

where "xxx" is "sect1", "sect2", and so on, but that's only available in
the top level of a Book, so it's not particularly useful.

FWIW, if we've got six section levels then we should really consider
rethinking the structure of the text.
