XFree86-4 (4.0.1) server will fail to start for users of Mach64 based video adapters.
Server will fail with the following diagnostic in /var/log/XFree86.0.log:

	"INVALID IO ALLOCATION" (or "Unsupported XCLK source" on ATI Mach64").


>How-To-Repeat:
Type startx<return> or XFree86<return> after building and installing the XFree86-4 port.

>Fix:
Apply the following patch retrived from XFree86.org (changed to diff -urN)
