IMHO there are two ways.
First you can Write the FreeBSD boot manager(again) via the boot
installation CD and in the
configure(post-install) options with your new Linux partition.
I also think there is a way to tell LILO or GRUB(depends on the RedHat
Version)
to boot both OS's.
