Synopsis: /etc/make.conf has too many entries

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: hoek
State-Changed-When: Sat Aug 21 19:03:38 PDT 1999
State-Changed-Why:
Yes, we know /etc/make.conf has too many entries. Unfortunately, this
is one of those few, rare cases where what's needed is not a PR saying
this is what needs to be done, but someone who's willing to standup
and do what they think needs to be done, all hell be damned.
