Hey now, don't wish *too* hard for that.  A more intuitive configuration
utility would be welcome; however, it's nice to have something simple
(primitive?) to fall back on.

Gosh... next thing you know, folks will be wish for vi to disappear
(mutter, mutter, grumble, grumble :)
