If graphics developers have a hard time keeping it straight, imagine how difficult it is for the rest of us. I've developed some complicated systems in my career, but the different paths through the graphics stacks are bewildering. That and a lack of time to devote to researching them. One diagram would be amazing to understand how the puzzle all fits together= . Cheers!
