Just curious: Any reason why vim is built with such an old version of
tcl?

Since the different tcl ports stomp on each other's files somewhat,
it's kind of a nuisance to have this one commonly installed port that,
in its packaged form, brings in an old version of tcl to overwrite
files from the tcl-8.3.4 port.
