First, if you could try and form your PR in English (or any reckognized language) that would help a lot. Second, PRs are not the place to ask questions, they are where bug reports are filed. Use questions@FreeBSD.org Third, socks isn't distributed by FreeBSD, it is 3rd party software, that we provide as a service, but we have no control over it. Fourth, rc.local is no longer used Finally, please try and be both realistic and professional when filing bug reports.
