Tried it, it doesn't run on FreeBSD 10.1 i386.

I use options:

      OPENGL=on: 2D/3D rendering support via OpenGL
      VAAPI=on: VAAPI (GPU video acceleration) support
      VDPAU=on: VDPAU (GPU video acceleration) support

which worked fine with Mplayer and Mplayer2.

Mplayer2 works and seems to have better nVidea support;
I'd just like some way to skip to the middle of an MP4...
