I've updated the following ports to u-boot-master which I've updated
to u-boot v2017.01 thanks to many patches from manu@freebsd.org.

u-boot-a13-olinuxuno
u-boot-bananapi
u-boot-bananapim2
u-boot-beaglebone
u-boot-cubieboard
u-boot-cubieboard2
u-boot-duovero
u-boot-olimex-a20-som-evb
u-boot-olinux-lime
u-boot-orangepi-one
u-boot-pandaboard
u-boot-pcduino3

I've only lightly tested some of these ports. One area of concern is
that we're moving to using the upstream name for the dts rather than
any name we've invented, and there may now be a mismatch between other
things and these ports. If you find one, please let me know. I'll also
be working to fix any impedance mismatch.

Once these are worked out, I'll attack other SoC families that remain,
as well as ensure that any mips-based SoC ports work with the new
framework.

Also of note: I've created a dtc port. I did this for fdtget/fdtput
that were needed for the build process. It also installs a slightly
new dtc than what we have in base, though it will only matter if you
are trying to do overlays.
