Well we just noticed that the odd changes make fairly recently
seem to make the code NOT work in a mixed SCSI/IDE environment.

I havent have time to figure out the new code and see why.  
The HD_BIAS just doesnt seem to work. The old drivers with BOOT_HD
works peachy though.
