After setting up a successful ISP in Cape Town (on FreeBSD 2.1R), I would like to interest local government and non-governmental organisations in FreeBSD as a compentent alternative to the commercial O/S's and as an obvious solution to help alleviate pressing needs in the educational sector. Placed in Cape Town, South Africa, there are a wealth of opportunities to publicise and distribute information about what I feel is a truly great project.
