Looks like MCI has screwed things up.  Guess Bill the Gates is in charge now.

I have a part ownership in a small ISP in florida, and the traceroute to there
(which is attached via sprintnet) goes all the way out to mae-east, then onto
Alternet (?) then nowhere.  Cant get to the endpoint.  It looks like the MCI
router in Chicago is all confused.
