Goodmorning, I am expieriencing problems getting FreeBSD 4.7 installed. As soon as having hit the enter button for booting the kernel, the keyboard locks/freezes. I have tried several options, like booting from CD and floppies. Also tried several different versions, getting the same result. The CD's and floppies work well on my IBM laptop, so there is nothing wrong. What I also don't understand is that is immediately goes to the setup screen (color) and not the screen for setting up the kernel first. My system is a Intel PIII 667, Asus P3V4X, Maxtor 60GB, Realtec 8139 NIC, PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse, Iiyama A702HT. Hope you can help me and give me more info what to do.
