Just cd to the ports directory and
make all install clean

Not a good idea. You can just instruct the system to use the ports
using rc.conf.

If youdont want ssl and ssh then put NO_OPENSSL="YES" and
NO_OPENSSH="YES" in.conf and rebuild world
