Seems our good friends at New Media have changed the guts of the Bus Toaster from an Adaptec AIC-6[23]60 to a Symbios 53C500. Ergo, it's no longer aic(4) compatible. Might be nice if the list of supported cards on the PAO site was updated to reflect this, so some other poor slob doesn't buy one thinking it will work with FreeBSD. I don't suppose anyone's working on a 53C500 driver? Didn't see a pointer to docs on Symbios' web site. Wonder if they were thinking they could save a few quid by dumping Adaptec for Symbios... oh, the irony.
