Both ports are for pf version <= 3.5/3.6 look at the ftp-proxy history (included in FreeBSD since 6.0) http://svn.freebsd.org/viewvc/base/releng/6.4/contrib/pf/ftp-proxy/ftp-proxy.c This is the one you should use.
