There is a databases/rrdtool12. Is this affecting cmake -- the bug title says "when compiling cmake" -- or rrdtool -- the bug text says "when compiling .. with cmake" -- which are two very different things? Neither rrdtool port uses cmake. The error in the bug report references a p= atch file that is not mentioned in distinfo in either port. I can't tell if that patch is supposed to apply to rrdtool, anyway.
