Just for the records, distfiles/scilab-2.4.1-src.tar.gz (ports/math/Scilab) seems to have vanished from the ftp servers (tried ftp.FreeBSD.org and ftp.de.FreeBSD.org), rendering the port broken. (I don't read -ports due to the volume, hope it isn't old news. There seems to be no PR however).
