Ah, very interesting!  And now, the output of

locate MakeMaker.pm|grep local|grep ExtU

as well as the output of

echo `locate MakeMaker.pm|grep local|grep ExtU`|xargs -n 1 pkg_info -W

will be _greatly_ appreciated.
