No, this merely changes the 'Error:' to 'Warning:' which is *NOT* the
previous behavior.

Back out rev 1.260.  The 'streams' module is a registered dependency of
the 'svr4' module already.  This was a 4.x-only problem and should not      
have been MFS'ed.
