Well. I'll give you a straight aswer to a straight question. Yes I think it is. :-) If you'll have a look at it you'll see it's something more then cdcontrol. At the time of writing I had only vt220 terminal, that I used to access my box. I wantead to play cd's, I did know of programs like cdcontroll and still felt need to write this. Aim with this is easier useability, like all the X-based palyers have. I mean having the elapsed time right there and just having to hit single button to start playing etc.. Well. Anyway, if majority feels it's not needed, it probably is'nt and I just have a sick mind writing this kind of programs :-) -- Antti Kaipila
