A tested example:
notify 1000 {
        match   "system"                "DEVFS";
        match   "subsystem"             "CDEV";
        match   "cdev"                  "^da[0-9]+$";
        action  "echo 't120o3l32 b>c+f+16' > /dev/speaker";
};
