In this case it seems obvious when you check the PR (which was submitted
by the code author), but in general please state for the record the reason
for any md5 changes without associated version bump - they're not always
sanctioned by the code author (e.g. trojan'ed distfile).

Doing a diff -ruN of the old and new directory trees is one good way to
check this.
