The links from toplevel /foo directories that point to translated
versions of the documentation are broken.  Please, use the full
path to the French documentation:

Then you should have no problems with broken links.

Nevertheless, it's very nice of you that you reported the broken link.
Many people wouldn't even spend the time to report the link, so the time
you put into this is much appreciated.
