I just said. :-P  I wouldn't want to put a raw 4.3-BETA out on the CD's,
instead -BETA is the time during which we test it out and try to shake out
bugs, polish things, etc. so that we can then move onto a 4.3-RC that could
go out on the CD's just like it is.  Then just to be paranoid we let the
-RC get tested a while before doing the release.

I thought it meant something more along the lines of test version, but I assume
if we did 4.3-TEST everyone would freak out then as well.
