I've ported it to FreeBSD/alpha.  That might make a good starting
point for somebody doing a NetBSD port.  I've submitted my (FreeBSD)
changes to the maintainer, but I'm not sure if there's a new release
out yet which includes them.  If not, you can grab my sources from:

ftp://ftp.cs.duke.edu/pub/gallatin/freebsd_iprobe.tar.gz
