Hi, I designed some CDROM-Artwork for FreeBSD. Thumbnails are here: http://www.wolldingwacht.de/foss/freebsd/CDROM-Sleeve_FreeBSD_thumbnail.png http://www.wolldingwacht.de/foss/freebsd/FreeBSD-CDROM-Label_thumbnail.png (149K resp. 53K) High resolution images are here: http://www.wolldingwacht.de/foss/freebsd/CDROM-Sleeve_FreeBSD.png http://www.wolldingwacht.de/foss/freebsd/FreeBSD-CDROM-Label.png (777K resp. 198K) The SVG-"source" is here: http://www.wolldingwacht.de/foss/freebsd/FreeBSD_CD-Artwork.tar.gz (304K, made with Inkscape 0.43 under Ubuntu-GNU/Linux 6.06) I also announced it at the freebsd-advocacy mailing list. LEGAL: The logo and the logo-font are (of course) by Anton Gural. The text is stolen from the FreeBSD-website. The remaining artwork is by me. I hereby donate my part of the artwork to the FreeBSD project, so you may use and distribute it under any license you may choose, e.g. under the BSD-license (you may even place it in the Public Domain). It would be nice if you would give me some credit, but that's not required. I would be pleased if the material could be placed at http://www.freebsd.org/art.html Perhaps you should consider putting a link from the downloads section to that place, so that anybody who downloads an ISO image can easily obtain a CDROM-sleeve and label. Just an idea. Best regards Peer Schaefer (Hamburg, Germany)
