  Log:
  This is the low-VM version of squid-1.1,  instead of a large pool of
  memory and swapping object to and from disk into the pool, the novm
  version relays data between file reads and writes and the network without
  the memory pool.  It's a tradeoff between memory use and cpu/overhead.
