As when I changed to the maildir format, the initial maildir directory structure is not valid when the new user message is sent to them, so it comes back as a delivery failure. If there's a way to: copy skel files then send email welcoming them etc.. can someone let me know. I've checked the adduser.conf file but I'm not sure how to configure it even more. Other than that, is there a way I can make Qmail maybe hang onto it for a minute whilst the Maildir directory is created? Thanks, Andy.
