It should be possible to just change MOUNT_NFS to "nfs" and all should
be ok.  The run of Manifest constants MOUNT_<> no longer exists.  They
used to be indexes, but you can use strings instead.

PS
How is/did coda_* go?  Can you point me at the packages and I'll test
them?
