Hi,
I just got a simple compactflash/smartmedia reader, which
i was trying to use on by 4.5-RC2 system.

When i plug in the thing, i get the following:

Jan 26 22:02:13 luigi /kernel: umass0: USB ReaderSSFDC-CF 0.74 USB ReaderSSFDC-CF 0.74 , rev 1.10/0.74, addr 2
Jan 26 22:02:13 luigi /kernel: umass0: BBB reset failed, IOERROR
Jan 26 22:02:13 luigi /kernel: umass0: BBB bulk-in clear stall failed, IOERROR
Jan 26 22:02:13 luigi /kernel: umass0: BBB bulk-out clear stall failed, IOERROR
	<repeated N times, see below>

Jan 26 22:02:13 luigi /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): got CAM status 0x4
Jan 26 22:02:13 luigi /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): fatal error, failed to attach to device
Jan 26 22:02:13 luigi /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): lost device
Jan 26 22:02:13 luigi /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): removing device entry

The error messages are repeated typically 11 times if i unplug/replug the unit,
except if i do it very quickly. The presence or absence of CF media
does not seem to make a difference.

How would i go about debugging the problem and trying to support
this unit ? The maker is Transcend (www.transcendusa.com) but
other than that I know very little about it...

	thanks
	luigi
