man sendmail

     -N dsn      Set delivery status notification conditions to dsn, which can
                 be `never' for no notifications ...
                     ^^^^^

Use that for mail submission.

You can also set the envelope from to <> if you really don't care about
bounces (in addition to DoubleBounceAddress)
