Well, to put it simply, that just not going to work.
If you have less than 200 megs or so, you're best of just mounting
everyhting on /, and with the space you have, ....
Well, to put it bluntly, you just can't do it.  You'd need at least 60-80
megs NOT INCLUDING your swap partition.
All those errors are because it's out of space.
