Ahhh, but when I got bit I edited /etc/ttys, so the cost increase was only a few keystrokes when running mergemaster. ;) >I would like to make a small plea for facts always in the logs, but >still retaining the occasional bit of humour. Agreed. Kinda bothers me that I missed the discussion and I make it a point to read all discussions on the cvs list and *all* RELENG_3 commits, as well as eyeball the cvsup output. DES (the person :) said it was discussed, but somehow I missed it. No matter, the reason was good. Just have to remember the next time X is installed to "fix" /etc/ttys. Try to pay attention to what's going on and... 8-) Jeff Mountin - jeff@mountin.net Systems/Network Administrator FreeBSD - the power to serve '86 Yamaha MaxiumX (not FBSD powered) To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
