samba 2.0.6 release, compiled with -current patches aa - ah and modified ba - bb, clocks at 400K/sec with no crashes running TESTNET.EXE writing 1000 65K blocks to the server when the server is running SMP. I haven't tested the system without SMP, but this is the first time I've been able to get SMP and samba to work reliably together.
