            Bug ID: 265113
Summary: ports-mgmt/pkg: cannot upgrade 'sudo' with new
                    openldap 2.6
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: pkg@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: olgeni@FreeBSD.org
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(pkg@FreeBSD.org)
          Assignee: pkg@FreeBSD.org

I somehow managed to confuse pkg, perhaps with something in my custom poudr=
iere
build: when handling the upgrade of openldap 2.4 to 2.6 it tries to install
*both* client packages even though it just removed (correctly) the package =
for
2.4.

Re-running the upgrade gets it through. The problem is that sudo is left in=
 an
unusable state (referencing libs from 2.4) and you have to become root in s=
ome
other way.

Interesting part at the end:
