Make sure you have PTR entries for all IPs in use. Or, in the case of an internal-only IP scheme, where configuring rDNS entries is not possible/not feasible, you can disable DNS lookups in the /etc/ssh/sshd_config file by uncommenting and setting: UseDNS no Restart the sshd daemon for the change to take effect.
