-I. is a no-op. The current directory is always on top of include
path. The default include path (in shell notation) is
".:/usr/share/mk". -I<dir> change the path to ".:<dir>:/usr/share/mk".
(Strange side effect: the current directory may be the 'obj'
directory, so "${.OBJDIR}:${.CURDIR}:/usr/share/mk" is more correct.)
