Installed Cyclades 8YeP PCI multiports card and enabled the
cy driver in the kernel:

    device cy0

The system panics and crashes with this card installed.

Install a Cyclades 8YEP PCI multiports card and enable the
driver.  Uncomment the appropriate line in rc.serial and
execute the script.  The system immediately panics.
