Sorry, I hadn't read your mail. I was responding to Andrey's demands that 
I fix rdist6.

The change works in all cases for all known versions of patch. It just sets
POSIXLY_CORRECT for patch since in these particular cases, all the patch
files were posix compliant and the new patch was not correctly dealing with
them.
